Staatssecretaris Van Rij (Fiscaliteit en Belastingdienst) meldt de Tweede Kamer dat het BNC-fiche over het richtlijnvoorstel Council Directive on establishing a Head Office Tax system for micro, small and medium sized enterprises and amending Directive 2011/16/EU, later komt dan gebruikelijk. BNC staat voor werkgroep Beoordeling Nieuwe Commissievoorstellen. De Eerste Kamer heeft eenzelfde brief gekregen.
