Evaluation of the training programme for enigneers of "The State Organization for Soils and Landreclamation" of Iraq : April 25 - May 21, 1981

Gives the evaluation of the course by the Iraqi engineers, as expressed during the final discussions on May 19, 1981 and evaluation by Mr. J.W.F. Fels. Gives suggestions for improvement for the benefit of future courses.
