Definition of joint extreme condition statistics of hydraulic parameters off the coast of the Netherlands : final report

Presents an attempt to define joint statistics of waves and water levels at the -20th m depth contour offshore the coast of the Netherlands. The final goal is to come to a single constistent set of statistics to be used for evaluation of the safety of this coast.
