Detailed specification of MIXIC 1.2

Detailed specifications are given of the microscopic motorway traffic simulation model MIXIC 1.2 (MICroscopic model for Simulation of Intelligent Cruise control). This document contains a description of the datastructures and the operations performed on those datastructures of the program MIXIC.
