INCARNATION (Identification of administrative and organistional barriers and the assessment of informational and organisational requirements and functionalities of an efficient inland navigation information system with special regard to transport capacity

The INCARNATION demonstrator is based on DASA information, called DGPS as well as HITT information, based on the radar image of the VTS (vessel traffic services) station. The basic concept of INCARNATION is to improve information to skippers and parties involved in logistics.
