Radiometric characterisation of "Haringvliet" sediment

After a sucessful mapping of the sediment composition of the Hollandsch Diep, the MEDUSA-radiometric technique was applied to measure the sediment composition of the Haringvliet. The technique is based on differences in concentrations of (natural) radionuclides in various sediment components.
