Paying for public transport : lessons for The Netherlands concerning fares policy and financing operation in regional public transport

Study into distribution and fulfilment of responsibilities in European countries with respect to fares policy and the funding of the regional public transport system. The purpose of this study was to learn from other European countries how the Netherlands might adress these issues.
