Configuration Kalmanfilter on behalf of storm surge warning : inventory and first selection of online locations

In this research it is investigated if the present configuration of the Kalman stations can be improved in view of storm surge forecasts, with the aim to find an optimal configuration of stations for the Dutch Continental Shelf Model (DCSM).
