Staatssecretaris Struycken (Rechtsbescherming) informeert de Eerste en Tweede Kamer over de kabinetsreactie op het rapport 'Joint opinion of the Venice Commission and the directorate general of Human Rights and Rule of Law (DGI) on legal safeguards of the independence of the judiciary from the executive power' van de Venetië Commissie. De commissie bracht het rapport uit op 11 oktober 2023.
