Mode S EHS exemption on behalf of the secretary of Infrastructure and Environment

Having read the request from IXAIR Mr F. Testard, by electronic form dated 25 of March 2011, mail camo@ixar.com and bruno.mantel@ixair.com; In regard to article 49 of the Air Navigation Order (Luchtverkeersreglement); Decrees: Article 1 An exemption is granted to IXAIR to perform flights in the Mode S Enhanced Surveillance designated Airspace in Amsterdam FIR with aircraft with nationality and registration marking F-HALM, equipped with a Mode S ELS transponder without EHS capability.
