Mode S EHS exemption in Amsterdam FIR on behalf of the State Secretary of Infrastructure and Environment

Having read the request from Las Vegas Sands Corp, Mr M. Barnard, by electronic form dated 21 of April 2011, L1011driver@hotmail.com; In regard to article 49 of the Air Navigation Order (Luchtverkeersreglement); Decrees: Article 1 An exemption is granted to Las Vegas Sands Corp to perform flights in the Mode S Enhanced Surveillance designated Airspace in Amsterdam FIR with aircraft with nationality and registration marking N388LS, equipped with a Mode S ELS transponder without EHS capability.
