Mode S ELS exemption on behalf of the secretary of Infrastructure and environment

Having read the request from Mr R. Edmondson, received by e-mail on 1 st of June 2011, e-mail: ross.edmondson@gmail.com; In regard to article 5.5, 3 rd section of the Aviation Law (Wet luchtvaart); Decrees: Article 1 An exemption is granted to Mr Edmondson to perform 1 flight in the Amsterdam FIR without a Mode S ELS transponder from Rotterdam (EHRD) to Joigny Airport, France (LFGK) with an aircraft with nationality and registration marking G-BUXD . The flight is accepted under condition that it has a working and activated Mode A/C transponder during the flight in the Amsterdam FIR.
