Mode S EHS exemption in Amsterdam FIR on behalf of the State Secretary of Infrastructure and Environment

Having read the request from City Jet/VLM Airlines, by e-mail dated 25 th of July 2012, mail: Yonatan.Tekle@flyvlm.com); In regard to article 49 of the Air Navigation Order (Luchtverkeersreglement); Decrees: Article 1 An exemption is granted to City Jet/VLM Airlines to perform flights in the Mode S Enhanced Surveillance designated Airspace in Amsterdam FIR with aircraft equipped with a non-EHS capable SSR Mode S transponder with the following nationality and registration marking: OO-VLF; OO-VLI; OO-VLJ; OO-VLL; OO-VLM; OO-VLN; OO-VLO; OO-VLP; OO-VLQ; OO-VLR; OO-VLS; OO-VLY and OO-VLZ.
