Beschikking, Mode S EHS exemption in Amsterdam FIR on behalf of the State Secretary of Infrastructure and Environment

Having read the request from Jet Airways India Ltd, by electronic form dated 15 March 2013, mail: sunilkamath@jetairways.com; In regard to article 49 of the Air Navigation Order (Luchtverkeersreglement); DECREES An exemption is granted to Jet Airways India Ltd to perform one flight in the Mode S Enhanced Surveillance designated Airspace in Amsterdam FIR with aircraft with nationality and registration marking VT-JNX and VT-JNZ equipped with a non-EHS capable SSR Mode S/ELS transponder.
