Mode S EHS exemption in Amsterdam FIR for Maine Aviation Corporation

Having read the request from Maine Aviation Corporation, Mr R. Clyde, by e-mail dated 7 th of August 2014, mail rclyde@maineaviation.com; In regard to article 49, second section of the Air Navigation Order (Luchtverkeersreglement); DECREE Article 1 An exemption is granted to Maine Aviation Corporation to perform flights in the Mode S Enhanced Surveillance designated Airspace in Amsterdam FIR with aircraft with nationality and registration marks N546LR, N539LR and N800WP equipped with a non-EHS capable SSR Mode S transponder.
